Cinnamon Roll

We prepare our Cinnamon Rolls using a hybrid, butter-rich dough made with sourdough starter and a long fermentation process.

For the filling, we use Ceylon cinnamon that we grind ourselves, and we top them with vanilla cheese frosting.

The extended fermentation enhances the aroma and texture of the butter-rich dough, while the more refined and layered aroma of Ceylon cinnamon rounds out the product.
