Pullman Breads for Sandwiches & Toasts

Various types of bread, such as Pain de mie, Hokkaido Sando, classic Pullman, and Struan, are baked in Pullman pans to achieve a uniform shape and even slices. Thanks to their soft crumb and even cross-sections, they are ideal for toast, hot or cold sandwiches, and a variety of other uses.


Each bread is prepared according to its own characteristics; some are creamier and softer, while others have a more whole-grain and aromatic texture. They are prepared at Teighaus with a small-scale, limited-production approach.
